Yesterday I went about removing the sound deadening, bought 3kg of dry ice (5kg would of been better) and chucked it in the drivers/passengers side. Left it for 10 minutes and then started the hammering. I put all the broken sound deadening in a bag, still yet to weigh it. In the 3rd pic you'll see how it looks with it all cleaned up, wasn't bothered to get rid of the little bits.. Took few hours and I was getting ceebs with it..

Picked up a mint carpet from a EF3, finally no more peasant, cut carpet

Also got the rest of the sound deadening out in the boot, just used a chisel and hammer. Came off rather easily, few scratches into the paint, might spray some fish oil over so it doesn't eventually rust Removed the rear sound deadening afterwards as well:
